MENTOR COACHING

Are you a coach or do you work in another helping profession? Are you looking for new ways to develop your career? Are you preparing for certification in your field, or would you like to find out what certifications are available to you as a coach, for example, what benefits they can bring you, and what is the ideal path for you to take? Do you need business mentoring? Are you planning to expand abroad and feel that you need support to do so?
As a coach, I have already completed five ICF and/or EMCC and/or Czech Ministry of Education-accredited training courses on my professional development journey. I currently serve as Vicepresident of the Czech Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), so I am very familiar with the ICF structure, what it offers to its members, and what benefits it brings to professionals who decide to pursue ICF individual certifications.
I am well acquainted with the individual ICF certification levels and the requirements that we coaches must meet to obtain them. I have successfully completed these paths myself and supported many more junior colleagues on the same journey. I have also completed mentor-coach training because I highly value the professionality and always want to be sure that I serve my clients the best possible way in everything I do.
I regularly use supervision, I am a member of an intervision group of coaches, and I completed 2-year long supervision major at Charles University as part of my lifelong learning. I highly recommend supervision to all my clients in mentoring, to coaching in education and other helping professions, fellow coaches, and senior managers. I am an expert in challenging communication, including intergenerational communication, and challenging situations in this area are also a frequent topic for which I provide supervision.
I sincerely hope that my offer will suit your needs whereever on your journey we meet. I offer:
- Mentor coaching for junior coaches – this is for you if you want to find your feet in your new profession, clarify your level of training, become aware of all the possibilities for your further development, and get to know professional organizations where you can find collegial support and educational resources for your further growth.
- ICF mentor coaching for coaches aspiring to ACC certification, ACC recertification, or PCC level. The International Coach Federation (ICF) considers mentoring to be a key pillar of every coach's development, which is why 10 hours of mentoring are mandatory for each level of ICF certification or recertification. If you have not completed them as part of your training, I will be happy to provide them to you.
- Business mentoring - expert business is my profession, in which I am a successful entrepreneur for many years. I will be happy to share with you the pillars on which I have built my business, the paths I have taken, and how I have managed to expand abroad as part of my business mentoring.

Shall we embark on a mentor coaching journey together? I very much look forward to it!
You are invited to step into the world of mentor coaching by
Mgr. et Mgr. Eva Marie Rybková, PhD., MBA, PCC, ACTC
How do my clients view my mentor coaching?
It is rare to meet someone who is not only a great professional, but also a constantly smiling, positive, and inspiring colleague. I have known Eva Rybková for several years and have had the honor of working side by side with her as a chapter leader of ICF Czech Republic. She is completely reliable and professional, while also bringing optimism, calmness, and solutions to every situation. In addition, Eva provides me with coaching and mentoring, which I also need as a coach myself. Her support helps me find solutions to situations that I would otherwise find more difficult to deal with, and thanks to her, I can handle them with greater ease and perspective. If you are looking for someone who can combine expertise with a human approach and positive energy, Eva is the right person. I can definitely recommend working with her!
One-on-one mentoring with Eva Rybková is a very beneficial and effective tool for gaining insight into your coaching abilities and skills. As coaches, we are constantly faced with the temptation to slip into other methods (mentoring, therapy, counseling) during coaching. Above all, we need to maintain a partnership environment with the coachee. Eva is able to create a safe and confidential environment where you don't feel stupid or inferior to others just because you are, for example, a junior coach. She constantly encourages you and highlights your successes. At the same time, however, she honestly points out any "harmful" habits and "bad practices" that are detrimental to coaching and that you cannot see yourself. It is necessary for someone else (more experienced) to see/hear them and thus hold up a necessary mirror to you. The method Eva uses in mentoring is actually continuous coaching. She answers your questions with questions, just as a good coach would, so that you can figure it out for yourself. And that's what it's all about. I highly recommend it to anyone who is hesitant about using mentor coaching. It keeps the coach in shape and on the right track. It gives you a sense of security.
Eva provided me with invaluable mentoring support on my journey to becoming a coach. For three months, she prepared me for ACC certification, we met regularly, she worked with me on feedback, and helped me find areas for improvement. Thanks to her experience and know-how, she saved me a lot of time and helped me avoid dead ends. Our meetings were not only beneficial, but also enjoyable and fun. Eva is a professional with strong leadership and clear direction. I often think back to her advice during coaching, which continues to help me. She supported me not only in my professional growth, but also in my self-confidence—thanks to her, I entered the role of a coach well prepared and sure of myself. I know that if I ever need support, Eva is the person who will provide me with constructive feedback and help me move forward. I definitely recommend working with her.
